The Founder
I am Jack Chan, a high school junior from NYC. I started cooking over 5 years ago, and I have loved it since. At first I started out by cooking many different types of eggs, especially omelets. After a while, I became more comfortable in the kitchen and began cooking more complex dishes, like crab cakes and Taiwanese beef noodle soup. I like to cook with my mom and dad, and make dinner for my family. I am Chinese and Taiwanese, and cooking has been a fun and delicious way for me to connect with my heritage and culture.
